PricewaterhouseCoopers has conducted an independent review for Victoria’s Secret Direct catalog paper purchases and confirmed that approximately 88% of the company’s Victoria’s Secret catalog paper purchased in 2009 was Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. The preference for FSC-certified paper and the independent review are a result of Limited Brands’ and their suppliers’ commitment to forest protection and sustainable paper sourcing. Other important elements across the company include avoiding fiber from endangered forests, using paper more efficiently and using post-consumer recycled paper.
